Class fees and payments:
All classes must be pre booked and paid in full in advance and are non-refundable. Where 48 hours’ notice of non-attendance for a pay as you go class is given the payment can be used against an alternative class if booked within an eight-week period.
Course bookings of five weeks must be paid in full prior to the first class and are non-refundable. Carrying over of a one class in adverse or unforeseen circumstances can be offered at the discretion of the tutor.
Failure to attend a class with no prior cancellation will forfeit the class fee and the tutor may decline further bookings if this is a regular occurrence.
One off introductory or other marketing offers may be made at different times, which will only apply to new students.
Existing students will be given priority booking on all classes and notified in advance of any workshops, with early bird rates where appropriate.
Medical Conditions and Pregnancy:
All students must take responsibility for their health and safe practice. Any concerns about the safe practice in relation to health conditions should be discussed with your GP.
All students will be asked to complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to their first class. This information will be held confidentially and securely.
It is your responsibility to always inform your tutor if you have any medical problems before the start of the class. If the condition may affect your practice you should inform the tutor by email before the class.
You are required to inform your tutor if you are pregnant and the tutor may refer you to an alternative pregnancy yoga class. We do not recommend you practice yoga for the first 14 weeks of the pregnancy and then following the advice of your midwife or Doctor.
All teaching will comply with Government and British Wheel of Yoga recommendations. All students will be required to comply with the guidance. Failure to do so will result in the student being asked to leave the class and may affect future bookings.
Students need to use their own equipment. As a minimum this will be a non slip yoga mat. Students would also benefit from having a blanket for use as a support and to lie under in relaxation.
Parking and Bikes:
Parking on the premises is at the owners risk. Parking in the road is in accordance with the highway code and students are asked not to park up on pavements as this obstructs pedestrian and disabled access. Bikes should be secured and are left on the premises at the owners own risk.
