Mixed ability Yoga at Paddock Wood Community Centre.
There is no such thing as a one size fits all yoga class, so in these mixed ability group sessions you will be offered levels of practice to choose from and plenty of guidance on how to modify and progress in a pose.
Each class is defined with a vinyasa, building up to a peak pose through a series of preparation postures. In this way you will develop your flexibility, strength and skills in balance and focus. The classes start with mindful release and centring of the breath and close with a guided relaxation.
Wednesdays 20.00 – 21.00
Fridays 09.30 – 10.30
£55 per block of six classes or pay as you go £11 per class
