With all the ease and convenience of a home practice, these yoga sessions offer modifications and progressions for mixed abilities. £7 per week or £35 for 6 weeks (includes access to both classes.)
YOGA FOR HEALTHY LOWER BACKS
Evidence based courses giving you all the tools to manage chronic lower back pain. This course has been clinically proven to reduce the number, duration and severity of episodes of low back pain. Face to face classes in a variety of locations.
No previous yoga experience needed. All equipment provided. Small classes. £ 10 per group class or £35 one to one.

Yoga has been shown to empower people to manage and recover from a wide range of physical, mental and emotional health problems. Especially good for stress and anxiety. £35 per session.
